Use:
The glue that has been initially stirred up in the dissolving tank will be transported to the high shear kettle, where the glue and filler will be mixed, crushed, dispersed and emulsified more carefully to make a finished glue.
Peculiarity:
The high shear kettle structure is divided into two parts: the drive and the kettle body. The kettle body is made of stainless steel, jacket design, hot water insulation. There are three types of upper drive devices, namely anchor mixer, high-speed disperser and homogenizing emulsifier, and the upper end is equipped with a packing port.
A. Anchor mixer: prevent sedimentation and wall adhesion, increase the mixing in the container.
B. High-speed dispersing machine: dispersing the filler put into the kettle is more conducive to the shearing of the homogenizing emulsifier.
C. Homogenization emulsifier: cut the material through the stator rotor, so that the filler is evenly distributed into the glue, so that the glue can achieve the effect of emulsification and homogenization.
The high shear kettle work originally filled the kettle with liquid, started the motor, and its shaft drove the turbine to rotate, at this time the lower entrance of the stator formed an upward suction force to make the material enter the homogenizing head.
For the first time, the material is subjected to high-speed impact, extrusion, shearing and friction in the homogenizing head. When sprayed horizontally through the special hole of the stator, the material is subjected to a second high-speed impact, extrusion and shearing.
The material sprayed horizontally produces radial flow and axial movement in the homogeneous kettle, at this time the material is subjected to the third impact, the high shear kettle due to the double flow mode impact and push each other, and with the radial flow cross mixing and shearing, so that the inner flow of the kettle produces a two-way hyperbolic large circulation vortex, avoiding the dead angle caused by the difficulty of inhalation of the upper material, emulsification homogenization is more thorough, and the efficiency is higher.
